COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
- A special beer brewed by Brewmaster Scott Freitas for his wife on their Anniversary-

She starts with a subtle straw golden color and nice thick creamy head which leads to beautiful lacing in the glass. The aroma from Sazz hops and Ardennes Belgian Yeast creates a spicy herbal floral aroma that is sure to please the senses.

Draft at PP Cbad. Clear golden pour, large white head with good lacing. Dry bready grain, sweetness, touch of banana, and herbal hops. A light Belgian style, very drinkable. Decent.

On tap at Urge in Poway/RB. Was with my friend Carol and told her I couldnít decide which was a more fitting tribute, this or Double Raging Bitch. DRB was a better brew. Yellow pour with big fizzy head. Light spice wit hthe Belgian yeast. Bitter citrus all over the back half. Not bad.

Pours a nice light gold with a small white head. Decent lacing. Smells of wheat, yeast, and subtle hops. The taste was bread, wheat, and liggtly hops. The flavors didnít pop they were very mellow, I hate to say watered down but thatís what I took from it. I love what the guys are doing in Maui, just not this one and if you ever make it go to the brew pub they have more to taste than the brewery itself...

Pours light orange with no head at all. A very light Belgian. A dry sweetness to it. A little club soda-y. Publican thought something might have been wrong but could not detect the usual problems like carbonation or past itís prime. To be reviewed again if I get the chance.

Tap @ the brew pub. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a frothy white head, some nice lacing left on the glass. Nose holds some herbal and spiced hops with a light yeasty finish.

Sample at Maui Brewing in Lahaina. Pours a light golden, thin head, slightly murky. Aroma has some gumball, Belgian yeast, sharp hop bite. Taste is lovely though a tad harsh and unrefined. This might well be a beer that would age well (?) and that would improve it...but all the basics are here. Itís very decent and totally unexpected in the Maui heat. Nice.
