2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I didn’t find the difference within this one and a adjunct lager. Maybe it has more hops presence. Very plain beer and very light.

Sampled at Churchkey during CBC week. Pours a clear gold with some spitty white head. Nose is malt, grass, tropical fruit, kiwi, passion fruit, all mild though. Flavor is more malt, lots of 2 row, hay, cracker, some passion fruit, white toast. Medium bodied, dry finish. Smells fruity, tastes nice.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUL 24, 2012
Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 7/6/12
Aroma: It has a fairly standard pilsner malt aroma, with some grains and light hops
Appearance: It pours a completely clear gold color without any head or lace
Flavor: The flavor is medium sweet, medium-plus spicy, and lightly bitter
Palate: This one has a light-med body, with a fizzy carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
I felt like this made for a solid example of the pilsner style. It is a nice and drinkable beer, though it maybe a touch too carbonated.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Approximately 3-4 oz sampler at the Brewpub in Lahaina, Maui. The pour is a most clear golden yellow with not much of a white head. The aroma is grain, light sweetness, and Czech saaz earthy hops. The taste is the earthy grain, nicely soft integrated malt sweetness, finishes dry with the earthy hop. The Palate is light to medium bodied with a lower carbonation level and a dry finish. Tasty stuff, liked this better than the Bikini Blonde for sure.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very light, slight pils hop flavor, not very characteristic of a typical pilsner, pretty light flavor and not much pilsner bitterness on finish...
