Cask; Seasonal - March to May. Previously 4.5%.
This Spring beer is a traditional bitter colour, its subtle malt flavour is complimented with a fine finish resulting from the use of Golding and Fuggles hops varieties.

Cask@Oliver Twist, Stockholm). Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma of caramel and hops. The flavour is surprisingly different, strong caramel and hay mixed with sweet fruits. Very wellbalanced, easy to drink and refreshing on a hot day.

Cask conditioned and handpulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Perfumed hit at the start that segues to a sweet finish, one of those beers that seems to slip down with no struggle.

Hand pulled at The Anchor, Birmingham. Apple brown/yellow colour, with a slightly dry aroma. Big fluffy head and thick lacing. A warm Autumnal beer, that has a hoppy taste to begin, moving to some maltiness. Balanced, quite light, with a tasty dry finish. Middle range product, which tends to slight wateriness.

Sampled cask conditioned. Somewhere in between dark amber and nut brown. Big apple aroma. Sweet, medium bodied, slightly metallic. A hint of cinnamon. Bitter finish with an unpleasant plastic touch.
