Maumee Bay English Pale Ale

Small sample at the brewpub. Medium-dark amber, smallish lasting head...diacetyl-dominated nose with just a hint of orange underlying...on the tongue, much better with restrained dried herbal hops, caramel malt fading into a biting woody finish, very smooth.
