Maumee Bay Tripel

Clear amber color with a fine head. Nose is strong and sweet alcohol. Taste is significant alcohol kick with some sweet fruit on the edges. Body is full but not thick.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized mostly lasting white colored bubbles that left behind an unnoted lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and light yellow orange in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild malty banana . Its mouth feel is initially tingly vinous with a palate and a mild burning aftertaste. Its flavor contained vinuous malty notes and was gave me the beer shivers. An above average brew.

Draft at Maumee Bay Brewiing Co. Poured a small white fizzy head that quickly dimiinished, no lacing, carbonated, transparent, and a yellow hue. Aroma was malty, spicy and alcohol. Malty, vinuous, dry, thick and syrupy flavor. Palate was thick, dry and vinuous.
