Bottle: Clear, deep golden, small white loose head, lazy carbonation; lemony and sweetish-bisquity nose with a tinge of alcohol; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied; bisquity, sourish finish with a delicate alcoholic afterburn. Simple, average Bock...........

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hopy aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice well balanced beer.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured clear golden/amber with a very thin white head. Caramel, alcohol and fruits in aroma. Flavor has some fruityness and herbal notes together with some caramel malt. Quite strong alcohol in finish. Despite the alcohol, quite drinkable bock, not at all sticky/heavy as many other in this style.

Süßlicher Alkoholantrunk, etwas getreidig. Im Mittelteil schwächelt das Bier sofort und wird wässrig, die süße Note bleibt zwar in Teilen vorhanden, doch es ist eigentlich eher ein Aroma, dass ich hintergründig und nicht hauptsächlich schmecken möchte. Etwas hell-malzig, sehr langweilig wirkend. Wie ein Bockbier wirkt das Ganze nicht, selbst für ein normales Helles wäre es zu schwach. Im Abgang süßlich-herb mit immerhin leichter Würzigkeit, die nur Sekunden hält. Bei diesem Bier hat die Brauerei ihre Hausaufgaben nicht gemacht. Clear golden with a large off white head. Malty nose with hints of caramel. Sweet flavor with pale malt, caramel and plums. Finished sweet.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild butterish and slight malty. Sweet and slight bitter into a medium dry hoppy finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of eggs, straw, malt, and a bit of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, eggs, and a bit of sulphur, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a white head. Sweet, clean malts in the nose. Solid body with a good malt base, a little cardboard and some phenols. Some alcohol in the finish. 250810

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Golden colour, small head. Aroma is brady malts, some mild grainyness. Flavour is sweet malts, grains, herbs and some mild grassy hops. A quite pleasant and some stuff.

Deep golden color, small white head. Nose has some diacetyl, sweet apple, grains and honey. Medium-bodied. Metallic, grainy, sweet honeyish flavor. Nasty, industrial bock.

Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. Tallish head. Very drinkable. Remarkably boring and lacking of character. I miss some subtlety. Decently brewed though.
