Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas absolut Pilstypisch. Goldgelb, der mittelporige Schaum verschwindet allerdings recht schnell. Der Geruch ist kräftig hopfig-herb. Der Antrunk fällt eher etwas malziger aus, der Hopfen kommt erst im Nachgeschmack richtig durch. Das Bier bleibt bis zum Finish angenehm und gut ausgewogen. Trinkt sich wirklich gut.

Die Brauerei ist anscheined stolz, eine regionale zu sein und will nicht Deutschlandweit verbreitet werden, so lese ich auf jeden fall den Hinweis auf der Rückseite, der bei Bieren wie Bekcs wohl nicht stehen könnte:"[...]denn ihr Zwickauer Pilsener wird ganz in ihrer Nähe[...]gebraut". Frisch, grasig und hopfig riehct das Bier, das ein wenig trüb im Glas liegt. Der hopfige Antrunk wird schnell von einem bitteren Aroma überholt, welches im Mittelteil und in Teilen den Nachgeschmack dominiert. Eine feine Würze kommt im Nachgeschmack dazu. Hat was, muss man schon sagen.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has light notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet matly with a light note of straw.

Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. DMS in the nose. Waxy, boring and not really pleasant. Rather poor.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, small white fluffy head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight earthy notes along with herbs and quite nice grassy and hayish notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some earthyness, mild grass and hay. Semibitter finish. Very pleasantly balanced and refreshing pils.

Pale yellow color, small steady white head. Mostly grainy, slightly herbal-grassy nose. Light palate. A bit buttery, hoppy flavor. Sweetish malty backbone. Light bitterness in the aftertaste. Nose is not so good, but flavorwise this is a decent German pils.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090724]

Bottle 50 cl. Clear, pale yellow with a white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium-bodied with a good malt base and a little flowery hops. Lightly bitter finish with a whiff of sulphur. 240709

Bottled. pale yellow coloured. Clear. Small white head. Light buttery and grassy aroma. Flavour has some herbal and again buttery notes. thin bodied. light dry. Some bitterness in the end. definately not a beer, that impresses me.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma crisp cornish and hoppy aroma. Crisp malty and hoppy flavoured. Nice malty and hoppy flavoured finish.
