Ultra clean and crisp, Max Dry is a refreshing dry style pilsener with low bitterness and a light floral hop finish. Brewed in the style of Japanese dry lagers, Max Dry is brewed with a portion of rice and special enzymes to fully ferment sugars and create a light bodied beer with the same alcoholic strength of fuller bodied beers.

Appearance: Pale, light yellow-hued body with goody clarity and a scant head film, though it leaves a surprising amount of lace on the way down.

Smell: Mild aroma of flower petals dipped in sugar water with light, light hints of sake and ghee.

Taste: Lightly malted barley, with a curious hint of buttery diacetyl. Faint floral accent, with an undertone of rice. Nil bitterness, hop character. Sweetish, soft finish.

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-low carbonation.

Overall: Not so good as far as lagers go, though, and I hate to be a broken record here, but more carbonation, guys. Also could be drier, especially with a name like DRY.

Clear blond coloured beer with a little carbonation and a rather small white head. Subtile sweet grainy aroma. Medium light creamy palate. Finish is rather short, with some sweet hoppy hints. Not bad.
