2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 argo0 (9034) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 26, 2003
Clear straw with off-white head. Aroma is mild -- mild sweet and light floral. Taste is medium sweet, grassy and floral without much bitterness until the swallow. Nice hops burp. Light body, soem crispness.

on tap-pours a retaining foamy white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is fruit, medium malt, floral. Taste is fruit, medium malt, then floral with lots of spicy (saaz) hops, more than standard towards an imperial pilsner, crisp, dry.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Sammy (5881) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 10, 2006
Light colour, no head to speak of. Crisp, clean, bitter particular in finish that was malted, maybe not enough. Some saaz hops present, so pilsner like substitute for the macros. Not bad. Glass had bleach in it so negative on smell
2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 thedm (4116) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 15, 2003
TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 18. This draft brew was enjoyed at the brewery in Atlanta Georgia. This brew poured a medium sized head of fine to largf sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated transparent straw yellow colored body. The aroma was of mild malts and the mouthfeel was smooth at the start with a slightly tingly quickly diminishing finish. It had a mellow malt hop flavor. Overall it was not as bad as some of the others from this brewery.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 PorterPounder (3941) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAY 30, 2005
On tap at their Buford, Ga. location. No real discernible aroma to this one, pours a pale straw color with a thin white head. Slight lemony flavor, with some honey notes, but other than that basic lager flavor. Refreshing though and was a good meal washer-downer. Overall, though quite bland.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 ChainGangGuy (3682) - Canton, Georgia, USA - NOV 14, 2009
Appearance: Served up a clear, yellow body with a smallish, white head.
Smell: Max Gold is sweetish and spicy on the nose, with hints from the light pale malts and spicy, floral hops utilized.
Taste: Sweet, lightly grainy malts impart a small hint of honey. Particularly spicy Noble hops with a medium-light (though perhaps not quite the purported 40 IBU’s listed) bitterness. Drying finish with a light, lingering spiciness.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Lightly carbonated.
Drinkability: A self-described Bohemian Pilsner, it suffers from a case of undercarbonation. Instead of even reasonably crisp, it falls flat and flabby on the tongue.
