Yellow with a creamy white head deep earthy grain aroma and taste with a mild fruitiness on the back end.

Nice head over clear golden body. The head was one of those that forms the really big bubbles that are slow to burst covered with a wet, white foam. Kind of cool actually. Straw malt, slight hops back it up. Nothing big, but the noble hop bitterness really makes this a crisp beer. Almost lager-like actually. Clean, light and easy.
