draught at the brewery restaurant. Hazy pale golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Lovely hoppy aroma with hay and grass, a bit resiny. Light- to medium-bodied, malty background with pleasant hoppy flavours: resiny, grassy with hints of hay and an intensive floral touch. Lingering hoppy finish.

Draught at the restaurant. It pours a pale slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is mainly of spicy hops and sorbet. Good bitterness in the taste. Average carbonation. Not much lacework. Lovely hop profile. Faintly peppery. Dry hoppy finish which is reminiscent of apricot and white pepper.
