On tap at brewpub. Poured a clear amber red with a small head. Aroma is toasty bready malt. Taste is also bready with some fruit and caramel present as well. Body is light and moderately carbonated. Overall, an okay brew.

Amber orange, sticky beige head. Aroma is metallic, sweet, caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel, thin, metal, apples.

Appearance: Clear, reddish-amber body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Sweet-smelling, bready aroma with some mild, fleeting hints of caramel and fruit.
Taste: Sweetish, bready malt profile with a hint of caramel cubes. Minor fruitiness. Incredibly faint hop character with almost no imparted bitterness. Drying finish with a final impression of sweet breadiness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Lightly carbonated.
Drinkability: First, the Gold was woefully undercarbonated, and now this. Again, a bump in effervescence would help this beer a great deal.

(Big Hoppy Red)-on tap-pours a retaining rich light tan head that laces and copper color. Aroma is citrus rind/pine hops, hint of malt. Taste is citrus rind/pine hops with some metallic, balanced with medium malt-chocolate/peat.

It pours a beautiful transparent reddish brown. Aroma is not strong but invitingly malty and spicy. Flavor is rich and malty, with hoppy hints and a touch of cinnamon.
