UPDATED: JUN 8, 2014 Pours a nice orange beer with a not very long lasting head. Not that special. Bit average ipa. Extreem bitter.

On tap @ Arendsnest. Hazy amber color. Dense head, white to off white. Aromaís: Flowery (UK?) hops, some caramel malts. Flavor is moderately bitter with light malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Prickly carbonation. Finishes rather dry and bitter, not too harsh. Not too extreme, but balanced and tasty.

Tap @ Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 13/09/13. Pours orange with a decent, off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus and pine. Taste is much of the same, dry but not that bitter. Citrus and pine.

A Dutch interpretation of an American take on a British beer destined for India, consumed in New Zealand. Is there a beer that spans the world better than this one? Probably. This beer is a slightly hazy peachy gold with a voluminous rocky white head, virulent carbonation that causes a constant swirl of sediment particles throughout. The aroma is of golden queen peaches, juicy over-ripe oranges with a sweetness reminsicent of chewy sweets. The flavour doesnít belie this sweetness at first. Itís a riot of citric and resinous hoppiness but as it sits and mellows it has a blush of fruity sweetness that makes it quite endearing. The bitterness carries on pinching the sides of the tongue but aside from this there isnít a great deal of complexity. It might just be a little bit old to be fair. It started out well but started to get a little bit tired.

Golden with big off-white head. Grassy and lots of fruit, with a mild underlying fresh dough. Not a lot of sweetness, mostly fresh tartness and bitter finish. Medium bodied and very lively feel. Great stuff.

330ml bottle. Deep orangey amber colour, fine white foam head leaving lacing and zesty citrus aroma. Flavour is bready malt with some tangy citrusy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Draft at Briljant. Cloudy light amber, off white head. Fruity bitter IPA that still works well after a way too spicy Indian meal.
