33 cl bottle. Hazy amberish color. White head with a thin layer retention. Aroma’s - from the glass: grainish; retronasal: sweet grain, aromatic hops, lightly herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes somewhat caramellish and light to moderate bitter. Nothing extreme, but decent enough.

Tap@ahven. Copper hazy. Oranges, florals, green citrus and caramel sweetness. Lightish body. Strange bubble gum flavours, med bittered. Very fruity. Sort of perfumy strange. Goes down ok though..

(Keg at Leijuva Lahna, 20140906) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness and creamy toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, teabag, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was hoppy and bitter. A clean brew but the taste didn’t please me a lot.

Bottle: Aroma of citrus peel, citrus. Flavor is malty, few sweet, light citrus notes, flowers. Not too interesting.

Bottled at Frape. Hazy orange colour, foamy white head. Mandarine fruit nose and hops. Aroma is fruity less hoppy as I would expect from an IPA. Flavour is fruity, wooden and vanilla notes. Nicely balanced brew but not an IPA.

Pretty nice beer. Only problem I had with this one is that I just before ordered a Summer Ale from the same brewer. Wich wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t exactly the same taste. It’s still a nice beer, but I have to give it a penalty for being a copy of another beer they brew. (but maybe they accidentally connected the wrong keg or something so I will re-evaluate this beer if I get the chance).

Bottle 330ml at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 6% Deep golden orange colour, clear body, small and thin white head, with low retention, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Weird aroma, some manure, white sour grapes. Taste also a bit weird, some sourish notes, white grapes, yeast, this is more like a saison. Some peaches too. Medium thin body, high carbonation. Tart on the mouthfeel, once again reminding a saison. I don’t know, something wrong with my bottle? This is not an IPA, not an american, an english or even a belgian style one. As I’ve already mentioned is more of a saison and even then not a very good one.

330ml bottle picked up at De Bierkoning in Amsterdam. Hazy orange coloured body. Spotty lacing from a frothy white head. Fruity hops on the nose, hints of fresh apricot. Mixed fresh citrus taste of lemon and orange on a backbone of wheat. Nice bitter round off. Fine bodied. Succulent and tasty (Cabin at the riverboat Serenade 1 on its way to France, 25.07.2014).
