(Maximus Saison) Bottle at home, 330 ml, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 5% Deep golden yellow colour on the body, crystal clear, with a tall soapy head, somewhat thin, with okay retention. Light lacing left around the glass. Aroma of grass, peaches, light grapes, yeast. Taste is wine-y, grapes, floral notes, peaches, yeast, sugar. Medium thin body, carbonation on the high side, quite dry on the palate. Very good.

Bottle@blackdoor. Golden, light hazy. Interesting nose. The clove and fruity esters make it feel like a german weiss-yeast- made brew. Wheat, hay, pale maltyness. Light body, drinkable nice. Refreshing, but weird within style.actually, its more like a wit estery thing. I’m guessing a saison made with wit yeast.
