4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Not a Schwartzbier. Really is more of a Dunkel. Amazing! Pours a perfect chestnut brown in a .5L Kozel dimpled mug. Towering head, lots of lacing. Aromas of pure malted barley, sweet, fruity. Flavor is perfect. Layers of grain, caramel, and earthy hops. Light body, yet so complex. Perfect. German.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: AUG 2, 2016 Tap.Moderate toasted bread and faint dark chocolate for the malt, light herbs for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with hints of faint baking spice. Head is average size, frothy, light beige, with fair lacing and good legs and is mostly lasting. Color is clear dark brown. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and bitter. Palate is medium, creamy with a lively carbonation. Perfect Schwartzbier. Great flavor, excellent feel, and superb balance.

boca o.5L, klasični tamni lager, boja više tamno smeđa nego crna, blagog okusa i arome, lijepo gazirano, sve u svemu ništa posebno..

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours an dark amber color with small off-white head. Smell is mostly of malts.
Taste is pretty simple - malts with a bit of caramel. Roasty aftertaste. Body is thin and feels a bit empty and watery. Medium carbonation, dry finish.
Overall, pretty bland and unimaginative.

Clear brown to black color with red hue. Firm and long lasting head. Caramel, some nuts and malt. Taste is too sweet, lots of caramel and some candy. Thin body, soft carbonation. Had better. //bottle at Craft Room

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Wygląd: Gęsta drobnopęcherzykowa piana, świetny lacing. Piwo o ciemno rubinowym kolorze. Zapach: Ciemne słody, delikatne nuty jakby wiśniowe. Smak: Przypalona skórka od chleba oraz kawa. Ogólnie: Dobre piwo, ciut zbyt słodkie jednakże jest to i tak pozycja godna polecenia.

Very nice. Had this "vom fass" at the brewery. Fresh and delicious.
Lightly roasted malt scent, rich dark copper color, easy drinker with medium mouth feel. The best example of this style I’ve had.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pours deep brown with a decent off-white/beige head. Aroma is terribile, metallic notes, sewer, dirty socks, wtf? Flavour is roasted malts, dirty water (sewer?), mild bitter. Light body, watery, flat. Terrible experience.

It is an average dark beer. The balance between the coffee and the sweetness is nice. It is a beer with caracter and a black brown colour.

Oct ’14. A 0.5 l bottle at Beertija, Zagreb. It poured clear reddish brown body with medium to bigger head. Aroma of caramel and some roasted malt. Rather fine flavor, lightly sweet, toasted and roasted malts, pleasant, elegant and classical. Medium bodied with both lightly bitter and sweet finish as a result of balanced malt play and finally some hops (dry). Nicely done, no faults, although a bit plain. An interesting dunkel/schwarzbier blend.
