3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Oct ’14. A 0.5 l fliptop bottle at The Beertija, Zagreb. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Nice malty aroma, bread, biscuit and caramel, touched with yeast. Fine sweetish flavor, pleasant malty again. Caramel was weird but still there, then usual bread (milk bread) and some fruits, too. Yeast was less dominating than in aroma, giving some room for herbal hops. Medium bodied, fine, biscuit, yoghurt and lightly bitter finish. Not a bad beer.

Cloudy yellow color, big, white, uneven, staying head. Awesome retention. Medium body, soft carbonation, but its very lively on the lips. Aroma of banana, yeast, malt. Sweet taste, no bitterness. Finish is dry. Creamy yet thin texture. Little bit empty. OK, interesting enough.
