COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schlossbrauerei Maxlrain brews the Schloss Weisse according to a traditional recipe; the beer retains a much darker color, in much the same manner as it was brewed centuries ago. Schloss Weisse receives its fresh, distinctive, full-bodied taste through a brewing process using selected roasted malt, fine aromatic hops as well as the pure Maxlrainer water. Brewed according to Bavarian brewery regulations, Schloss Weisse reveals its premium quality in its unique, reclosable bottles.

from beerangel.de - cloudy and unappetizing brown colour with a poor head retention; shy notes of banana and cloves in the aroma; good malt body, sweet and with a solid tartness mainly coming from the high carbonation; sweetish finish with notes of corn and banana - not convincing
