Bottle by 18.04.2012, with the grenade pull-top (and this one more pleasurable than usual). Nose is quite sweet with dominant vanilla and lemony citrus. Golden body with a creamy white head. Taste is sweet and somewhat bitter with (too) strong floral-hoppy overtones, the rare touch of German resin and complementary chalky yeast. Full-bodied and smooth, creamy, leaving with a dry metallic wave and slightly sour goodbye. Worth a try, but a little difficult.

29/04/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Dorata spenta, lievemente torbida, con buona schiuma biancastra. Aroma poco persistente, in cui il malto prevale nettamente sul luppolo. In bocca si conferma l’impressione olfattiva, dolciastra, maltata, con amaro non percettibile, ma che contribuisce al bilanciamento complessivo della birra. Sorso dopo sorso emerge una gradevole e inaspettata complessità nonostante la sua semplicità di base. Corpo medio, abbastanza frizzante. Genuina e ben fatta.

On tap at Summer Beer Festival Rome on MesandSim’s epic stag do. Slightly hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Dusty malt aroma with hints of hops. Bit of creamy vanilla and hints of lemon in the flavour. Pretty drinkable actually, not bad.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of pale malts, light sweet spices, green apple and herbal hops. flavour is mostly the same, with some slightly harsh grainy notes. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Olyan színe és állaga van, mintha erősen citromos teát látnánk a poharunkba, amibe valahonnan, pár apró buborék került. Habja krétafehér, közepes méretű, krémes és elég jól bírja. Illata citrusos, vizes lópokrócos, malátás, kissé fanyar. Ízében nagyon szépen egyensúlyozik a maláta gyümölcsös édessége és a komló kissé fojtós, szalmás kesernyéssége. Hozzájuk kapcsolódik még egy kis citrusos fanyarság és egy kis pincés dohosság és egy falatnyi mogyoró. Közepesen testes és enyhén szénsavas. Utóíze citrusosan fanyar és kissé száraz, keserédes. Nagyon kellemes sör, ami mellett igen jól lehet traccsolni.

33 cl bottle. Pale yellow with vanishing white head. Everybody says it’s foamy and lasting, but I don’t know why, mine was inexistent. Aroma of grass, a bit metallic. Nice body, maybe a bit too carbonation for my taste. Not bad, but kellerbier is never been my favourite style

Giallo torbido, schiuma bianca abbastanza consistente, erbacea con note maltate e leggermente fruttate. Gradevole a tavola...

Tap at 4:20, Rome. Pours cloudy gold with a foamy, white head. Biscuity malt nose, light grass. Medium sweet, more biscuity malts, light corn. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Sweet, light bitter finish, more bread. A great drinker.
