Bottle. Light pale yellow, medium creamy white head. Aroma is sweet marzipan-like tones, pale malts and hints of melon in the back. Taste is mild pale malts and sweet maize-ish marzipan tones. Pleasant in a strange way, but not really that good. Slightly fuller body than a regular pilsener. Somehow I can’t help kinda liking this beer, although something deep inside says "no". Strange. :-)

It’s hazy golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of flower, fruit, bread and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and lovely notes of white-clover flower, bread, fruit and malt, and the finish is slightly dry and spicy/fruity!

20/04/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (tap).

Bottle by 18.04.2012, with the grenade pull-top (and this one more pleasurable than usual). Nose is quite sweet with dominant vanilla and lemony citrus. Golden body with a creamy white head. Taste is sweet and somewhat bitter with (too) strong floral-hoppy overtones, the rare touch of German resin and complementary chalky yeast. Full-bodied and smooth, creamy, leaving with a dry metallic wave and slightly sour goodbye. Worth a try, but a little difficult.

On tap at Summer Beer Festival Rome on MesandSim’s epic stag do. Slightly hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Dusty malt aroma with hints of hops. Bit of creamy vanilla and hints of lemon in the flavour. Pretty drinkable actually, not bad.
