Bottle @ Ambrosetti, Berlin. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Fresh hay and grain. A bit of grass and a perfumey bitterness. Some breadcrust. Quite pleasant.

On draft at Goblin. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thick white head. Nose is grass, hay and light citrus. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. The texture is smooth and creamy, the body is light and clean, long finish.

Hmmm... no ratings for over a year? Bottle from Sake Marche. Thanks, Wombata. Decent sweetish, yeasty aroma, some cat piss. Light straw color. Very grainy initial / mid flattens into a powdery, spritzy light sweet cereal / final is smooth and nondescript. Thin-medium body. Okay. Not so exciting, but I suppose it’s not meant to be. Session stuff.

Dry, medium body and bitterness, creamy CO2.

Bottle. Pale hazy gold with a full head. Aroma of fruit bread and some dry malt. Flavour is sweet cloudy malt with a fresh hop base and a dry sweet finish.

Bottle 0,33 l from Le Palais de la Bière - Aix-les-Bains (F). Golden blonde unfiltred, with short white head and living crackling. Appetizing and fruity aromas, a little spiced, with also grain which we find especially to the taste. Moeover, the mouth is similar, creamy malt with grassy and zesty hoppy accents and hints of fruity yeast and lime.
