Grand-Cru style Belgian Ale, light in color, big on flavor. Malty, big beer, come in at 9% abv.

The 1 year of age has really given this trippel a malty edge to it. Too malty for a tripel, and the carbonation was a bit low, so the esters from the yeast were more subtle, but still a very enjoyable beer.
