Belgian Dubbel, beautifully smooth with rasperries, aged in French oak. A favorite of the ladies.

Aged in a barrel for 1 year, that is hard to find in the PNW. This turned out very well, like a good find out of a Belgian cafe. Tart and complex, with a medium sour finish to really get the mind going. Earthy and oak mix with a sweet raspberry flavor. Estery, dry, and sour in the finish.
