Appearance: Pours pale yellow, very thin and weak colour of the body, body carbonation is moderate, head is white, small initially and than decreasin and disappearing completely. Head is fizzy in texture, ther are some sediments floating in the body trxture.
Aroma: Very weak mineral nose, milky, sweet but very, very weak, some notes of maltyness but completely cannot find any hops, licorice, some very weak notes of flowery sweetness become present later on when the beer gets warmer. Hard to find anything else.
Flavour: Almost nothing, water with only hints of malty sweetness felt on tongue, no nose at all, light exceptionally easy going and later on becoming candy like in aroma, floral and kinf of strange with some chalky notes. The impression of a very soft water, creamy like and despite barely any flavour it is quite pleasant to drink. Finish duration is short.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is soft, finish feel is a bit chalky, quite flat and rather neutral with spicy notes.

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales avec une pointe fruitée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût.
