Bottle: Unclear, ruby-amber coloured, mid-sized and quickly collapsing fluffy off-white head; sweet-sourish flavour with slight bitterness, sticky MF; rotten vegetables and burnt malt in the delicate wheaty-fruity nose;return of the nasty vegetables and the spoiled malt in the sweet finish. presumably brewed in a dustbin…

The beer in the glass is reddish-brown with high, fine creamy head. It smells yeasty and roasty, subtly caramelly. Starts yeasty and sour, strong malty-roasty and bready-caramelly. The middle part is also yeasty and sourish with roasty and bready nuances. Goes into a fruity-sourish finish with a lot of yeast and some dark bread.

0.5 l bottle at Timo A’s! Slightly hazy reddish brown color. Sweet worty and bready aroma. Bready flavor with restrained clove and pepper. Medium to full body, highly carbonated. OK dunkelweizen.

500ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with relatively small frothy off-white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma with a minimal touch of citrus. Sourish, grainy, slightly muggy and scruffy taste.

Pours cloudy light brown with an off-white head. Aroma of toffee, cloves and wheat. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some toffee and banana.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy pale brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Whetay and yeasty with hints of chocolate and a touch of barnyard.

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Mildly cara-malty and wheaty aroma with traces of banana and sulphur. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation for a Wheat. Shy dark malt character, wheaty and shy banana-fruity notes; slightly sweet finish with a tinge of sourness. Stylewise rather bland. 25.II.12

Hefig-malziger und röstiger Geruch mit Spuren von Metall. Antrunk hefig, etwas streng. Mitte malzröstig , leicht fruchtig mit muffiger Note. Malzbitterer Abschluß. Geht so.

Bottle. brown color. Toffee and a hint of banana in the aroma. Slightly smoky flavor with banana, caramel and toffee. Beechwood aftertaste. pleasant enough.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts mild. Not very yeasty and also not very malty. Same fruitiness as the helle weizen. Finish mild, quite drinkable. Somehow boring, should be more malty.
