Bottle: Clear, golden with a greenish sheen, small but quite stable white head; light to moderate grainy-bitter nose with a papery tinge; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dry bitter finish with the faintest touch of sweet malt and a little tartness in the aftertaste. Nothing to complain, but all in all a quite simple Pils.....

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose medium-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet pale malty and shy grainy aroma with a tinge of citrus and grassy and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy, almost a bit sharp carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy taste with a present herbal and grassy hops-character; quite dry and moderately bitter finish, rounded up with a light malty sweetness. Decent German Pilsener. 09.XII.09

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale yellow, large white head. Lovely hop aroma. Light- to medium-bodied with a pleasantly sweet malt character, plus lots of aromatic hops. Not too bitter, but very hop-aromatic. Good.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest spicy, some wheaty hints. Not very dry. Finish still mild, very drinkable. Okay.

Idiosynkrasie (5332) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUN 24, 2012
500ml bottle. Pale clear golden colour with average firm frothy moderately lacing white head. Grassy and minimally strawy hop aroma, a touch of wheat. Taste has mainly grassy hop notes, a touch of citrus, light malt basis. Light, fresh, unspectacular.

Bottle. Nose lightly grassy, leaning more toward the mineral/chalk and sunshiny malt with a bready base. Clear golden with a rocky white head. Tastes bitter with matching sweetness (neither really stands out) but the finish and aftertaste is a long and lovely bready-grainy note, lesser citrus and a small hint of tang. Medium-(too-)full body. Good enough for me.

Bottled. Floral aroma. Pale golden color, white head, fair lace. Light malty, light sweet, bitter and floral, light body. I’m not a pilsener drinker, but this one could be on my shopping list.
