Oct 16, 2007 Cask @ Market Porter, Borough. Pours a dark golden color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty and very fruity flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweet malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Oct 1, 2007 Light caramel coloured ale wearing a thin and fading white head. Nutty, caramelic and biscuity malts profile whose hops procure a soft spicy and herbal background. It grows more floral in mouth where the hops show their aromatic nature with more intensity than their bitterness weakness. Well-balanced and pleasant drinking bitter.

Cask at Fringe. Standard golden brown bitter colour with a thin white film. Crisp lemony hop nose with some nice malt underneath. More citric hops in the flavour with a lovely dusty, dry, bitter lemon finish.
