using a new and not commercially available Herefordshire Hop. Single Hopped with Minstrel hops, this beer has a lovely fruity aroma with some spice and a touch of orange in the background. A clean malt body and gentle lingering bitterness

Cask@Lychgatetavern, Wolverhampton. Dark amber colour, medium sized head with good retention and lacing. Mild aroma of hops. The taste is a little fruity and a hint of spice with an excellent balance with the bitterness. Tastes like a stereotypical bitter, but a good one. The palate is smooth and firm. An excellent bitter, the new and commercially unavailable hops taste good. Hops of the future?
