Bomber bottled as CBC with 8% ABV - pours opaque orange with white head. Nose is citrus, floral and hay. Sip adds loads of bitterness. Malty backbone with boozy bite. Satisfying body. Aggressively hoppy but somewhat checked by sweetness. Surprised by the 3.8 rating.

Poured from a The Audacity of Hops (Cambridge Brewing Co.) into a pint glass. Cloudy yellow orange with a creamy head that nicely laces down the glass.
Aroma of upfront sweetness with citrusy hops to follow.
Flavor of lemon, grass finishing sweet malty honey like finish. Very good balance of Belgium meets IPA. Well done.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lovely beer. Pours golden with a good frothy head that sticks around as a ring with a good finger of clumpy lacing. Nose is very floral with some dough back there. Notes of juicy fruit gum, some pear maybe some apple, some dough and some grassy bitterness. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with a medium dry finish that lasts awhile in the mouth. Very drinkable, great balance between Belgian and us ipa.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bomber pours with a hazy deep gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up citrus hops, apples and then spicy Belgian yeast notes. The taste begins with rich malt sweetened citrus hops as well as Belgian yeasty spices and sweet fruity esters. To midway and into the finish hop bitterness comes forward and gets to a moderate level for an IPA style. Pretty nice stuff.
