Nice balance on the aroma between hoppy and yeasty. Good flavor not over hopped for the sake of hops. Goes down smooth with just enough bitterness. Quite enjoyable!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Backlog rating on 8-22-2012 (Bottle) This beer has a large frothy semi-fizzy off-white head with a lengthy retention, slightly hazy golden body, very little carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is malt, pine hops and fruity. The flavor is lightly bitter, malt, pine hops, and has a semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this is an easy drinking IPA at 7% ABV as it is very hoppy for the style. It is worth trying and a beer I would drink again.
