COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As the British Empire expanded, English brewers added extra hops to keep beer fresh for increasingly long sea voyages. The beer on board the Mayflower shared this trait. Mayflower IPA puts a descendant’s twist on this style, with a powerful hop profile balanced by plenty of malt character. We use the freshest hops from the Pacific Northwest to give this beer its distinct, piney flavor and delightful, fruity aroma.

Rich amber color with a copper-tinted white head that thins down. Strong citrusy hop aroma. Delicious and sweet but the hops stomp the sweetness with their bitter deliciousness. Holy shit, this beer is so good I can’t even think right.

In a traditional pint glass, had a nice look to it but not much of a head to it at all. What was there was white that didn’t really stick around too long. Despite that, it actually had some very nice lacing that lasted through the entire session. It was a nice amber color with almost perfect clarity. It smelled very good, had some nice citrus/floral notes to it, you can tell at this point it’s already going to be a nice hoppy beer. The tast matches up with the smell. Nice and hoppy. Very citrusy as well, kinda grapefruity, but not overlesming, really excellent taste to it, burps up nice, good aftertaste. Mouthfeel was very good too, not much of a carbination bite. Very drinkable, very refreshing. This is a really good IPA.

Small off-white head, good lacing, clear red brown. Aroma is heavy with citrusy hops, grapefruit. Medium body, lovely carbonation, bitter finish. A nice IPA, refreshing/

Live close to the brewery so I get to enjoy regular fresh pints. One of my favorite IPAs to date. Not a hop contest winner, but wonderfully floral. Or as much as I’d care to enjoy.

12oz.er that poured golden amber with small white head. Aromas of earthly hops, resin, and slight citrus fruit. Flavor is well balanced with piney hops, grapefruit, lemon, and sweet malts. Overall a great IPA. I enjoyed this one alot.

On tap. Very tasty. Aromas of caramel and grass. Taste is bitter, with good length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a thin head.

Pours brassy copper with robust long lasting head with plenty of lace. Satisfying blend of conifer with a hint of burnt sugar. Aroma of fruit at the finish. A proud IPA.

Very nice IPA. I may be a bit inflated here. In any case, good strong hops on the nose and strong bitterness throughout. Good east coast IPA.

Had this on Cask at British Beer Company in Franklin. Wonderful fruity-spice aromas and flavor. Goes down very smooth. Well balanced. The cask makes it a bit more airy and easier to drink. Fruit-spice, slightly sweet finish.

Pours amber into a shaker. Bright white head recedes leaving spider lacing. Pine resin and grapefruit aromas. Full with sweet caramel malts upfront, a pine middle and a lasting grapefruit finish.
