clear golden-orange colour and a fast disappearing foam; discreetly herbal with notes of almonds; some tartness and a moderate malt body; moderately bitter and very dry finish; clean and short aftertaste - not bad at all

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2006 bouhgt it in switzerland in a 0.33 liter bottle in lucerne,in a food shop speciallicised on eastern european food and beverages. rather large head, very white, but looks artificially, a bit like some soap-foam light yellow color first, just by opening a bit of sulphur smell (smell of rotten eggs, that is growing less rather quickly, but a part of it remains!) smells hoppy, malty,a bit sweetish,a bit metallic really bitter in mouth(bitter but not very aromatic hops) you must keep it very long in mouth to find something other, somethiing a bit sweetish-sour?and some artificial seeming alcohol aftertaste malty ,really bread like(almoust like eating a slice of bread), bitterness and alcohol would be better without that strange back-ground-smell!!then it would taste like a really bitter, but boring lager. bitterness in taste don’t fits to the bready aftertaste,is like having aftertaste from a totally different beer in mouth, only at the end of aftertaste,,bitterness rules again.

Pale gold body with a medium size fluffy white head. Aroma is light and hoppy followed up by dough. Taste is almost crisp, a little bitter, reasonably good carbonation, starts to lose it halfway through though.

So, Liam and I were at Melissa and Nick’s last Saturday night. Both of us were driving so we weren’t hitting the cans at all. I had a Little Creatues and he was drinking this MB stuff. He had one left and gave it to me to try. Well, i kept it in the fridge until last night and had it then. It looked like a typicall Euro style pils, had a fainy hoppy aroma nad fairly standard style. I am tired of talking about Euro pils, perhaps we should have a special category for it. Anyway, I wish I hade been mowing the lawn as it would have tasted better I’m sure.

An orange beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet malty and grainy combined with some notes of brewmash. The flavor is also grainy and malty, but also somewhat sour - which makes me wonder if brewing cereal has been used. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky. For quenching my thirst with nothing else around - I’d take this without any problem.
