SCHIUMA:
color panna, buona presenza, media finezza e persistenza
COLORE:
marrone scuro con riflessi rossastri, velata
INTENSITA’ / FINEZZA / AROMA
Qualche luppolo compare come bilanciamento.
CORPO / CARBONATAZIONE / CONSISTENZA

Ah Mc Chouffe. What happened is we had a tasting at my mates. I brought the beer as most of my mates know sod all and we all chipped in. Know less than me even. Heathens. My mate was that impressed that this sounded like his name he just bought a load of Chouffe, nice, Mc and the Dobbelen. Because he’s a southern shandy drinking noodle armed choir boy I got to mine sweep his beers after mine had been done in. And then I threw up on his drive. Good times.

750 ml bottle.
Pours a dark, only slightly opaque brown colour with a large, foamy, natural white head. Aroma of sweet dried fruits and syrup. Flavour of sweet caramel malts, syrup, raisins, mild nuts and some hops in the background. Medium bodied with a thick mouthfeel and a dry, slightly warming, malty finish. Yet another pleasant brew from d’Achouffe.
