Mc CHOUFFE is an unfiltered brown beer which is refermented both in the bottle and in barrels. Its fruity bouquet conceals a hint of bitterness.

Deep hazy brown colour with a small off white head that holds for a while, leaving reing and lace. Smell of toffee, pepper, dark fruits, rather a mess when it’s hard to detect much. Medium body, good carbonation. Taste is peppery, caramel, chocolate, dark fruits. I expected a little bit more, but I’ll give another try whenever I can find it.

Corpo medio-pieno, mediamente carbonata.

Cloudy brown with khaki colored head. Dark fruit, caramel, coffee, Belgian yeast and sugar, toasted malts. Very complex, but the flavor isn’t anything amazing.
