Dark maple brown, thin off-white head. aroma mild, very hoppy, citrus and pine. Awesome mix of malt, pine hops. sour bite on finish, syrupy bitter finish. moderate body, creamy texture, low carbonation.

Cellarcold this big midget I had with three large men and a woman. After West-Vleteren 12 and Struise Pannepot 2006. This honest beer doesn’t make a mark but doesn’t wanna be. I would classify it as a dubbel. Its 8 percent doesn’t seem obvious at drink. Later it will evidently. Perhaps I should start with this one next time. Promising to make acquaintance.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2011 Dark amber brown beer with ok head.Plum,caramel,brown sugar,herbs,cereals,cinamon.smoke.Very refreshing and drinkable.

20-nov-2010 33cl bottle at home. Dark brown color with big beige head, which is quite persistent. Very intense nutty taste, with a complex long finish. This is a very good beer!

Looks great, smells nice, tastes pretty good and it’s balanced. Best of all it hits like a fucking hammer, hence the tick and short rate. :)

Bottle. Pours amber/brown. Aroma of pear, dried dark fruits, sweet raspberry. Flavour of candied sugar, dried fruit and bitter hops. Mouth tingling and reasonably dry.

Ottima ottima e ancora ottima birra scura! Aroma e sapore esagerato!
