Bottle. Pours a cloudy, dark copper color, with a medium white head that laces very nicely. Heavy aromas of cloves, sweet fruits, and spice with hints of yeast and nuts. Flavor is of cloves, warm spice, bananas, and yeast with a sweet, toffee finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and sharp. Very well crafted brew!

750 ml bottle pours a dark brown color with an off white head., Aromas of caramel, malt, belgain yeast and burnt sugar. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodies with great carbonation and a lingering finish

Botltle (750ml) 8%. Poured a very deep, hazy ruby with a large foamy, off-white head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was of sweet yeasty malts with buttery Anzac biscuits, toffee, dried mixed fruits, mixed nuts, red berries, pears, nutmeg and some all spice. Flavor was of sweet buttery biscuit malts with yeasty notes, dried mixed fruits, red + black berries, toffee, pears and a spicy (nutmeg, all spice, coriander), warming finish. Very well hidden alcohol content. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, creamy mouthfeel, syrupy texture and a good finish.

This product of Belgium poured a steady head of brown ale with a hue fo red. Brown ale touched with acholic notes and maybe one would say nears a scothc ale. An earthy coffee taste resonates.

Ah Mc Chouffe. What happened is we had a tasting at my mates. I brought the beer as most of my mates know sod all and we all chipped in. Know less than me even. Heathens. My mate was that impressed that this sounded like his name he just bought a load of Chouffe, nice, Mc and the Dobbelen. Because he’s a southern shandy drinking noodle armed choir boy I got to mine sweep his beers after mine had been done in. And then I threw up on his drive. Good times.
