This pumpkin potion is another run-of-the-mill goblin, not offensive nor provocative. Itís almost so middling that I donít even know what to say about it. It tastes like you would expect, pumpkin-piesque with very little pumpkin and a hint of biscuity beeriness. The colour is nice but a effervescent body, almost cider-like, makes the head piss off soon as. Whatever, they got me to drink it. Damn my suckery towards all things pumpkinized.

Appearance: clear medium amber with one finger of rocky light tan head, good retention and patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: roasted pumpkin, typical pumpkin spices, caramel. (6/10) Taste: moderate-low sweet, mild bitter. (6/10) Medium-light body tending to watery, moderate carbonation, moderate duration finish. (3/5) Ok, fine, itís October, so I can officially start on the pumpkin ales. And this isnít bad: unlike so many "pumpkin" ales that are really just sweet and spices with little or no real pumpkin, this one actually leads out with actual pumpkin flavour. Some spices eventually come to the fore, but it never gets sweet and sickly as is so common with the style. Solid. (12/20)

Pours a thin head on a clear dark straw body. The aroma is roasted pumpkin. Nice. The taste is malty with pumpkin flavor, but nicely balanced. The texture is softer. A pretty good pumpkin beer.

This beer took me by surprise! Iím usually not much of a Pumpkin beer drinker but it was all my friend had at the time. Glad he didnít have anything else! Amber in color, malt forward, smooth body. Spice are present but not overwhelming. Delicious Pumpkin beer for a non-pumpkin beer drinker!

Why doesnít ratebeer have a category for pumpkin beers? Drank from a bottle. Somewhat strong pumpkin aroma. Taste is nicely spiced with just the right amount of pumpkin flavor. Good brew.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer porued a dark ruby brown colro with a medium sized creamy orange-tan head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was cinnamon, nutmeg, Dr Pepper and bread. The flavor was cinnamon, nutmeg, bread, clove and Dr Pepper. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Pours a clear copper topped by a timid fizzy tanned head fading quickly. The nose is pumpkin spice, nutmeg, ginger, cola. The taste brings the spices forward with a mild sweetness through a medium body. The brew would benefit from more carbonation to add sharpness to the attack. The finish is midly liquorish and the drinkability is so-so. Cheers!

Light translucent red with tan head but not much lacing. Strong pumpkin aroma with typical pumpkin pie spices and a little apricot and prunes. Nice full pumpkin flavor with nutmeg, ginger, dark fruits, and a little white pepper bite. Medium bodied.

Copper with a thin, fizzy white head. Smells of pumpkin spice and stale bitter. Nutmeg and cinnamon. Tastes of sweet caramel with nutmeg and a bitter malt finish. Light oily body. Drinkable enough but not exciting. Had way better pumpkin beers.
