Une bière avec un bon nez, intéressante avec le goût en arrière avec les citrouilles et les épices. Alors pour une dégustation c’est très bon.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Finally joining the pumpkin party. Couple weeks later than the rest but who’s counting. Pours a deep red color with a thin, filmy head and lace. Sugar and pumpkin aroma. Really sweet "holiday" flavor with pumpkin and a touch of spice. Kinda tastes like a gingerbread cookie. Very easy drinking, super festive pumpkin ale. I enjoyed this for sure.

Bouteille de 341ml d’ambre. Au nez on sent un bouquet d’épice. Au gout on a encore une fois les épicés avec des notes sucré. Un bon pain d’épice en bouteille

Draft at Dutch’s, shared by Scott- thanks again! Pours a clear orange with a small off-white head. The aroma has spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove) and vegetal, toasted pumpkin balanced by sweet pie crust. The flavor is the same, but leafier and earthier, and with more cinnamon. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, spicy, earthy mouthfeel. Good classic pumpkin ale.

On tap, Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, over carbonation. Rather light in the nose and bland in the mouth. Pretty average.

11.5 oz. bottle, labeled as “St-Ambroise Pumpkin.” Pours a dull copper/amber/bronze with moderate effervescence. Gold or brass hue in the liquid. Small to moderate amount of beige head. Looks good. Nice, vegetal aroma features scents of pumpkin, cinnamon, and vanilla. Spicy taste with a cinnamon finish. The pumpkin itself is more subtle in the flavor than it is in the aroma, but there is a pumpkin pie flavor element as well as some citrus and minerals. Malty flavor in general. Quite pleasant in taste. Soft, frothy, and fluffy in the not outstanding palate. Overall, this is a pleasant, drinkable, and likable beer that, in its subtleness, is one of the better pumpkin beers I have tried.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Reddish-orange pour, which is a little odd. The head is quick lasting and fades to nothing. Certainly there are pumpkin spice characters on the nose but there is a kind of grape note too. Yeast. Medium to full body. Sweeter taste than some pumpkin ales. Still has that pumpkin spice and a fruit-like finish.

Tallahassee, Fl - Beer Stop - 11.5 oz bottle - Beer Stop - labeled as St Ambroise Pumpkin. Dark copper pour, quickly fading off-white head. Aroma has some perfume accents, a touch of pumpkin spice and nutmeg. Solid flavor with the usual nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice accents, some yeasty notes, a hint of cinnamon in the back end. Mouthfeel has a decent crispness to it.
