Ron (693), Rochester, New York, USA Jul 2, 2008 Draft at Rohrbach’s. Amber looking beer with and avg. head. Both aroma and flavor of hops and sweet malt. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no bitter ending. Smoother than I expected. j_b (713), Rochester, New York, USA Jan 25, 2008 This one is the house beer at Tap & Mallet brewed exclusively for them I believe. Amber color, with serviceable head. Malty aroma dominates. Some toffee in the palate and a nicely blended palate. Good session beer. zach8270 (1404), Henrietta, New York, USA Dec 20, 2007 (draft @ The Tap & Mallet - Rochester, NY) Hazy copper color with a puffy white head. Aroma is a nice mixture of hops and some sweet malts. Very well balanced. Flavor begins with a smooth malt flavor followed by a very prominent and floral hop middle and a bitter and lingering finish. Can easily drink a few of these. Good beer.
