Draft at Tap and Mallet in Rochester. Poured yellow with a thin white head. Malty aroma with notes of floral hops and a very light sweetness. Medium body. Flavor is cool malt with notes of caramel and floral hops accompanied by a light sweetness. Very nice.

Draft at Rohrbach’s. Amber looking beer with and avg. head. Both aroma and flavor of hops and sweet malt. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no bitter ending. Smoother than I expected.

This one is the house beer at Tap & Mallet brewed exclusively for them I believe. Amber color, with serviceable head. Malty aroma dominates. Some toffee in the palate and a nicely blended palate. Good session beer.

(draft @ The Tap & Mallet - Rochester, NY) Hazy copper color with a puffy white head. Aroma is a nice mixture of hops and some sweet malts. Very well balanced. Flavor begins with a smooth malt flavor followed by a very prominent and floral hop middle and a bitter and lingering finish. Can easily drink a few of these. Good beer.
