BückDich (4540), Boise, Idaho, USA Feb 25, 2008 Tap @ Brewery: Tawny color with light white head. Nose of intensified caramel malts, some light yeast and alcohol notes. The flavor is fruity with grape and peach notes with an abundance of maltiness. The mouthfeel is more alcohol dominated and a ho-hum body. Decent enough strong ale, seems lost in the shuffle though. BuckeyeBoy (1130), Boise, Idaho, USA Feb 9, 2008 On tap at brew pub Pours out a dark amber topped with a cream off white head. A nice aroma of light malts and sweetness. Tast of sweet caramel and more malts. A light bitter bite at the end. Pretty good. The guy at the Pub called it the little brother to a Barley Wine.
