COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 100% of the highest quality pilsener malt and Saaz hops from the Czech Republic. This golden lager is aged slowly at just above freezing for a clean crisp finish. I love Saaz hops so I add fresh Saas hops to the fermenter during aging resulting in a wonderful floral aroma and a thirst quenching finish.

On draught during late afternoon at the ABR ’08 in Minneapolis, MN. Pours a clear golden blond brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma is slightly floral and fruity with golden grain malt and some floral hops. Taste is light bodied, lighter carbonation than most other Czech style pils, with flavors of golden grain malt, a touch of pear and a mild nobel hop character. Finish has a nice balance of semi-sweet and mild bitter aftertaste with even a light pear flavor after the finish. Pretty darn solid pils to me.
