Winterfest 2008. Hazy gold color with white head. Massive yeast and spice on the nose that was even stronger in the sweet body.

Feb 10, 2008 Served on draught at the brewpub in St. Cloud, and featured at the Winterfest 2008 in downtown St Paul, Minnesota. Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a creamy white head that quickly dissipates to fine film, white ring that leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of strong banana esters, yeasty, dark cloves, a touch of bubble gum and multi-grain malt with wheat. Taste is medium bodied, plenty of carbonation, slightly gritty texture with flavors of banana esters, multi-grain malt, yeast and a touch of candi sugar. Finish is semi-sweet with aftertastes of yeast, bananas and semi-dry grassy hops. So far, this is one of McCann’s finest beverages.
