Our Stoke Bomber IPA is a daring formulation designed to excite the palate. First comes the aroma of biscuits and stone fruit, followed by flavours of caramel and marmalade blending with spice and hints of pepper. The zesty, lingering finish of this light bodied beer is a celebration of Wai-iti hops, only grown in New Zealand of course.

bog bottle from a well-stocked dan murphys in the central coast. clear orange coloured with a minimal head; light aroma of passionfruit vine, some caramel sweetness, some orange zest, modest bitterness. somehow expected a lot more character from those beautiful nz hops

Beautiful amber coloured beer with a nice and stable white head. Nice aroma of roasted malts. Flavour is medium sweet, malty and a special hoppy finish. Nice brew. (Bottle 65cl)

Bottled. New Zealand holiday 2011-12. Old notes. The aroma has citrus, some caramel maltiness. Clear, copper coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is a bit sweet with a ligh-moderate bitter finish. It has some caramel, citrus.

Slightly hoppy aroma. Dark amber colour. Malty biscuity, flavour. Not much head to speak of. Enjoyable aftertaste. A great pale ale that could make a good session beer. Really enjoyable!!!!

An underrated brew from my experience. Poured a sparkling red-pink with good dense creamy off-white head that lasted the duration. Pleasant citrus aroma of grapefruit with peach. Flavour actually is close to the bottle’s description; caramel malts blending to marmalade-like bitter citrus rind. Lively carbonated on palate and light-medium bodied with good length to the finish. Loved the brew. Refreshing, flavoursome, could drink them all afternoon. And love the large bottle (though prefer not to share).

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with hoppy hints. Fruity malty caramel hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Pours a nice deep and cloudy copper colour with a small, but quality-like white head. Some dry wood, oak and spruce and a hint of caramel on the nose. Flavour is also som wood, together with biscuits and some carrot acctually. Nice bitterness in the finish, not too much. The mouthfeel is soft, and about medium carbonation. Well balanced beer, I really liked, the taste and the balance being the most intruiging side of it.

Sample from 650 ml. bottle. Slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, light spices and hops. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation. Short, lightly bitter finish. Pleased by this APA, but not that impressed.

Poured a hazy dark amber colour with a one-finger light tan foamy head that retained only a short while before diminishing to a collar of bubbles. Laced as curtains and spots. Carbonation low with large bubbles. Aroma very little - subtly of hops; like most pale ales but more subdued. Taste of semi-sweet fruit and earthy hops, again mild. Medium body. Slight bitter finish.
