COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Stoke Bomber IPA is a daring formulation designed to excite the palate. First comes the aroma of biscuits and stone fruit, followed by flavours of caramel and marmalade blending with spice and hints of pepper. The zesty, lingering finish of this light bodied beer is a celebration of Wai-iti hops, only grown in New Zealand of course.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Light orange in the glass with a small white head leaving some lacing. Stone fruits and bread dough on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel with a caramal biscuit backbone, zesty hops, earthy flavours leading to a lingering medium bitter finish.

Best of this mobís offerings I think. Very competent beer but understandably doesnít get me hot and sweaty. Light caramel hops and subtly hopped. Bitter dark fruits to finish but to be clear a deft touch rather than any show of power. A exercise in balance.

660mL bottle Pours an amber body, reasonable clarity, with a small offwhite head. Subdued aroma; toffee, biscuity malt, some earthy hop. Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat oily in texture. Light toffee malts continue on the body, bit of nuttiness, with earthy, woody hop spice. Firm bitterness on a shortish finish. Bit disappointing, certainly didnít deliver the NZ hop character I was expecting.

Pours murky red gold with no head. Aroma is lots of malt, a little biscuit. Taste is malty, bitter orange - a fairly long but not overly bitter finish. Pretty nice drinking

Not an American but a kiwi style IPA. Biscuits and stone fruits with a hint of citrus and pepper that finishes with a slight sweet bitter hit. Good beer,
