harvested in late August, our own orchard raised honey is the key ingredient of this wine. The nose is dominated by the scent of sweet, natural honey, and the body is heavy and rich with a sweet start and a full finish. Bold from the start, there is nothing delicate about it.
Enjoy a bottle with a meat dish or beside a fire.

sampled at the cidery - Pours light yellow/straw in color and has a rich honey aroma. It has a sweet honey taste with a dry alcohol kick. Medium bodied, it’s quite pleasant on the palate and overall a very enjoyable mead.
