2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
This was listed as Gose 2. May just be the second time they brewed it, as the waitress did not clarify. Sour and earthy notes blended with spice aromas. Very light yellow color with no head. Also lightweight palate with some carbonation. Taste was reminiscent of Berliner Weisse but not nearly as sour. I don’t have much experience with the style so tough to compare and I want to be fair. Other stand-out flavor was corriander-like spice. Not a particularly good beer and not well-blended.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma of salty smoke wheat. Appears golden and translucent with a distinct effervescence. Taste is salty sour wheat. I can dig it, like a salty Berliner.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap. Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aroma is tart fruit, sour notes and grain. Flavor is tart fruit, cherries, sour notes but finishes with almost a fishy flavor.

On tap at McCoys. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Sour, lemon, spicy, salty flavors. Not my style, not a fan.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap @ McCoys. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Tangy, slightly tart lemon, wheat aroma. Moderately tart, a bit salty, quite metallic, lemony flavor. A bit of a disappointment.
