COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our hog pound brown blended w/ specially brewed broadway café toddy, the coffee imparts a nutty, slightly toasty, & earthy character to the brown. The coffee was aged in open barracks for 2 years during monsoon season.

Half pint draft at the brewpub in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a lightly hazed brown copper, with a smallish light tan head. The aroma dry coffee, toasted nuts, and general spice. The taste is big dry roast coffee, some of the nut and spice and a general toasted malt character. Big flavors, very much the toddy coffee taste. The palate is medium bodied with a lower carbonation level. The coffee and nut is lasting in the finish. Interesting, decent take on a coffee beer.
