February 27, 2013 - on tap at Foundry. Clear golden pour with limited head and spotty lacing. Mild hoppy and malt aroma. Taste was nicely balanced but very mild seemed to be more pine than citrus. Finish was slightly bitter. Little bit of carbonation as well.

On tap at McCoys. Pours a copper color with white head. Piney, grassy, earthy, somewhat citrusy. Nice piney flavor for an IPA. Not too bad.

It poured a golden color with an off-white head. The aroma was of grapefruit with a little light bread. The taste was of grapefruit and some nuttiness with a hint of bread crust. Not what I expected from an IPA.

Good, not great ipa. Has strong malt presence that goes well with the hops and has a long finish. Suffers from watery weak body. Still, the best beer at the best patio in KC.

On tap. A foamy, near-white head with a citrus and hop aroma and amber colored body. A smooth, hoppy taste with more citrus and bitterness on the aftertaste. A great, drinkable IPA.
