No artificialness in the raspberry flavor- tastes like it was there all along and not added right before it was bottled. Great wheat beer as well. Good wheat flavor with minimal bitterness.

February 27, 2013 - tap at Foundry. Grapefruit type color with limited head. Wheat and raspberry in aroma. Taste was like a wheat beer with some artificial raspberry flavor. Slight carbonation and light to medium body.

It poured a hazy light red color with a small white head. The aroma was of light raspberry with a light mouthfeel. The taste was a decent balance between raspberry and wheat. A decent Wheat Ale.

Draft at the source cloudy orange yellow. Aroma of rasperry bubblegum. Taste is bittersweet fruit.

Sample at the brewpub. Comes a hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma of raspberries and wheat. Taste is sweet raspberries and malt. Too sweet I think.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazy reddish-yellow color with a thin and fizzy off-white head that bubbles away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tart berries and malt. Light body with a mildly tart raspberry character underscored by grainy malt notes. The finish is fruity with a raspberry aftertaste. Average all around.

Had on Tap @ McCoys, KC .. . Pours a mop water tan, light pony foam .. . why are raspberry wheats so popular? lifeguards?? .. . light wheat and hay, with a dose of raspberry cough syrup .. . decent for a brewpub wheat but nothing i’d want again.. . I know I’ve seen it go the other way. Ah, faithful toilet:

On tap @ McCoys Westport KC. Hazy orange appearance with a white head. Light raspberry, weak wheat malty nose. Pretty watery wheat ale with a weak raspberry flavor. Poor fruit wheat beer.
