Well, the color isn’t really red, but has amber and orange hues instead. A slightly sweet, fruity nose – pleasant. The taste is malty, with distinct cherry tones*. There is also a cracker-like flavor. Pretty clean palette and a round mouth feel. Quick profile. Overall decent but not very sophisticated.

Like other reviewers, I found this beer in parts of Greece and Italy. I figure it is one of those export-only beers that no one in Scotland actually drinks. Not bad, but nothing remarkable.

Beautiful red/cobber colour with limited white head. Aroma is mostly berries and caramel. The flavour is more cranberries that gives it a sour edge, but some burnt malts at the end bring sweetness and dryness as well.

Draft at the pub "Mad Jack" Rome/Italy: Clear red colour, with a nice creamy head. Aroma of malts citric, fruity, with a caramelly ending. Flavor has a smouth creamy mouth feeling, thin body, and a short citric/bitter fnish.

Orange colour, short head. Weak malty aroma. Caramel and roasted grains in the taste, with a decent hop bitterness. Aftertaste is malty, slightly smoked. Still a bit bland, maybe, but an OK beer.

(bottle) Clear to red to bronze colour with a medium frothy off-white head. Sweetish malty aroma, bittersweet flavour and a slightly dry and hoppy finish. Not overwhelming.
