On tap at "The Wall" night club in Pisa, Italy. Gorgeous red pour with flat malt and spice nose. double extra super thick mouth feel. Flavor of brown sugar. TONS of brown sugar and molasses flavor. And soup bullion. Blech. Pretty, though.

Bottle. Weak caramelly aroma. Clear amber colour. Caramelly flavour. Not very bitter.

Bottle - 330ml. Limpid amber body with a decent off-white foamy head. Fair malty aroma with sweet/fruity hints. Taste lacks complexity and ends with a short bitter, metallic finish. Unexciting.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a light cola color. Not a lot of aroma, sweet malt with a hint of fruit/hops. Flavor is malty, with a touch of bitterness.

0.33 l bottle. Reddish amber color. Malty, toffeish, and slightly fruity aroma. Sweetish, malty and toffeish flavor with some toasted notes and very low bitterness. One dimensional.

This is a midly ok beer from Italy. As far as beers made in Italy go, this is defintately one of the better ones. I suppose it is not authentic, but at least it is not that bad.

Tried this on two occasions at Johnny’s Pub in Rhodos Town (Greece).
Slight malty smell, bit of caramel. Disappointing taste and mouthfeel, I expect more of a red. Not too much of hops, the sweetness of the malt leaves to be desired, kinda "flat".
An unassuming lager-like red, nice on a summer’s day terrace, but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Disappointing ... if u look at it u start out thinking about a thick and tasty beer ... then you drink it ... :-(
